Crossroads of the Pacific

Dublin Core

Title

Crossroads of the Pacific

Subject

Description

The postcard is a black and white image of street signs all along one pole. The street signs however are of all different countries and multiple locations (i.e. London, Tokyo, Australia, Los Angeles, Shanghai, etc.). On the actual street sign, there is a number that is believed to represent how far the location would be (i.e. New York 6720 mi., San Francisco 2090 mi., etc.). On top of the pole, all the street signs have a larger sign with lights titled, "Crossroads to the Pacific". The card itself is in good condition but has a tiny bit of wear and tear.

Black and white photo displaying the crossroads of the pacific. This is a busy intersection with heavy traffic flow as cars can be seen driving back and forth on the main road. In addition, there is a main street sign along the side of the road pointing to the direction of multiple cities.(N.S.)
